The NT80/1 B1 M Explosion-Proof Vacuum Cleaner can be used to collect solid waste that may pose a risk of dust explosion. This vacuum cleaner is certified according to European 94/9EC (ATEX).

1. Installation and Debugging:
Products sold by our company generally include shipping costs (specific arrangements depend on negotiation and communication with each customer). We will deliver the equipment ordered by the customer to their specified installation or usage location. For large or complex equipment, we can also provide on-site installation and debugging services.

2. Equipment Training:
To ensure users can operate the equipment correctly and extend its service life, we offer training for the customer's operational or maintenance personnel. Training methods include phone training, video training, or on-site training. Training content includes:
1. Equipment Usage: Principles and structure of the equipment, usage methods, and daily precautions.
2. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Daily maintenance and care, safety precautions, and diagnosis and resolution of simple faults.
3. Training Standards: Trained employees should be able to independently, correctly, and skillfully operate the equipment, perform daily maintenance, and resolve simple faults promptly.

3. Services During the Warranty Period:
All machines sold by our company come with a one-year warranty, excluding damage caused by human factors (such as improper use, non-genuine parts, or external forces) and wear parts (for vacuum cleaners, wear parts include suction nozzles, hoses, filters, wheels, seals, power cords, plugs, and switches).

During the warranty period, customers can report malfunctions via phone, fax, or email. They must provide detailed information about the machine's brand, model, serial number, and a description of the fault. Our company will first attempt to guide customers to resolve the issue via phone or video. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, customers can send the equipment to our after-sales service center for repair. For machines that are difficult to transport, we can dispatch maintenance engineers to the site. Specific service details can be negotiated between both parties.




Our spare parts center in Shanghai maintains a large inventory. Except for a few parts that need to be imported temporarily, most spare parts or wear parts are available for immediate supply.
